Our hiring process is known to be quite unique. Apart from investing a lot of care, and time, it tends to be fairly lengthy. This is because we want to ensure that when the contract is signed, the candidate is genuinely happy about working at FELFEL for the years to come, fully understands the role, and we’re sure that will be content with their performance.
The steps may vary based on the role, but the general outline is as follows:
Application: Make sure to fill in all the fields and meet all the requirements. If we ask for a video presentation, you can find more information on how to do it here.
Online Interview: This is your first contact with the person who might become your leader. These are quick interviews of about 20-30 minutes. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you have!
In-Person Interview: On this day, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of FELFEL. You'll visit our office and have the chance to get to know us even more.
Task Work: If the 2nd interview went well, we will contact you as soon as possible and you'll receive an email with a task.
Task Work Presentation: This is your moment to shine! You’ll present your approach to the task, share your solutions, and discuss your ideas with members of your potential future team and a member of our management team. It’s a collaborative and engaging session where we get to see your thinking process, and you get to interact more deeply with the people you might be working alongside.
The selection process may vary slightly, but on average, it lasts between 30 to 40 days.

Once we receive your application, you'll hear from us within the next 5 working days. We value speed and aim to keep the waiting time to a minimum!
Feedback holds significant value at FELFEL, if your profile hasn't been selected, we’ll notify you within a maximum of 5 working days, or 2 if you've had the first speed date.
After this stage, the feedback provided will be general due to the high volume of applications we receive.
In case you’ve reached the task work or Experience Day stage, you'll either receive a call from the hiring manager or an email with a detailed feedback explaining why we've chosen not to proceed further with your application.
