WHAT CAN you EXpect?
The FELFEL traineeship program offers a kick-start to young individuals and career changers. It lasts for 6 months and focuses on three core elements:
LEARNING
We learn together every day and, no matter your background, there is always something new to learn or fine-tune, as long as one is open to it.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
Throughout the six-month traineeship, you'll receive training in industry-essential areas like FELFEL's operations, food safety, service, and coffee expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We believe in learning by doing, giving young talents responsibilities and project ownership early on.
MAKE IT NICE
At FELFEL, we aim to make everything nice, so let's evolve your eye for detail.
ROTATION
After your six-month traineeship, you may rotate into another FELFEL team.
SNEAK PEEK

SKILL SHAPING
Monthly classes strengthen Trainees' role-specific skills and Swiss food industry know-how.
YOUR ROLE
The first 6 months are focussed on balancing administrative and operational tasks. You will be gaining insight into our company, our products & services, contributing to the spirit of the office and excellence in terms of customer service.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Be the first point of contact for our customers, sharing the FELFEL joy and helping them with a smile!
EVENT COORDINATION
Learn presentation, storytelling, team briefing and coordination for the best customer experience.
